Do I need to be home when you come for an estimate?
No, you do not need to be home, however it is suggested that you are so we can see exactly what services you are requesting.
Do I need to be home when you come to service my property?
No, you do not need to be home and most of our customers are either at work or this is their weekend home.
How do I pay for my services?
You will receive an invoice with a list of services that were performed during that invoice period along with the amounts of the services. The invoice is due within 15 days and can be paid using the pre-addressed envelope or you can pay using our online payment option.
Do you require a credit card to be on file?
Yes and No. We do not require credit cards to be on file for our routine maintenance customers, however they can choose to provide it if they would like to enroll in our auto-pay program. We do require a credit card to be put on file for our one-time service customers and our fertilizer program only customers. One-time service customers will get their invoice within 5 days of the service and have 15 days to pay from the date it was sent. If the payment is not paid within 20 days, the card will automatically be charged for the amount owed. Fertilizer program only customers are automatically enrolled in our auto-pay program and will be charged within 5 days of the service and will receive either an email or mailed receipt.
When do I receive an invoice for my services?
If you are a customer requesting one-time services or you are a fertilizer customer that does not receive maintenance, your invoice will be sent within 5 days of the service being performed. If you are a routine maintenance customer, invoices will be sent on the last day of the month.
Can I receive an email invoice?
Yes. We offer our customers the option of receiving either a mailed invoice and/or an email invoice. If you are requesting an email invoice but would still like to pay by check, you may mail the check to: Top Cut Lawn & Landscaping LLC, 260 Meadow Ridge Circle, Milledgeville, GA 31061.
When are invoices due?

What is auto-pay?
Auto-pay is a service that allows our customers to not have to worry about paying their invoice. When invoices are generated at the end of the month, their card is automatically charged and a receipt is sent.
